Palm Brew Coffee started in a small garage with a big dream. What began as a weekend passion for roasting single-origin beans grew into a neighborhood gathering place where everyone knows your name — and your order.
We source our beans directly from small farms in Central America and East Africa, roasting them in-house in small batches to capture the unique character of each origin. Every cup we serve reflects the care and craft of the farmers, roasters, and baristas who touched it along the way.
As a family-owned shop, we believe coffee is more than a morning ritual — it’s a reason to slow down, connect, and savor the moment.
